UltraSculpt Treatment Areas
Abdomen & Back Skin Tightening
Explore skin tightening for the stomach, sides of the waist and back. These neighboring areas can have different concerns: loose abdominal skin, folds around the waist, or skin along the bra line. If you are already active, you can also explore firmer-looking skin and a more defined appearance around your stomach and waist. See the highlighted areas, learn what each one means and review original abdominal before-and-after photographs.
30 minutes per treatment area. No pain. No needles. No downtime.
Illustrative images highlight areas of concern. They are not client photographs or treatment results. Treatment suitability and goals are discussed individually.
Start with the area
Choose the part of your midsection you want to refresh.
Abdomen: loose stomach skin
The abdomen is the front of your midsection. You may notice skin that folds, looks finely wrinkled or feels less firm, including changes after weight loss. Describe whether your concern is above the navel, below it or across the stomach.
Flanks: the sides of the waist
Flanks means the sides of the body between the ribs and hips, often called the love-handle area. On this page, the focus is the appearance of skin in that area. An area name does not mean that every concern there has the same cause.
Bra line and back
You may notice folds or loose skin around the back of the bra band or along the sides of the back. The back is a separate treatment focus from the front of the stomach, so identify the area you want to discuss when arranging your visit.
Stomach skin tightening without surgery
Loose belly skin, crepey texture or changes after pregnancy?
Loose stomach skin after weight loss
You may have reached a weight-loss goal and still want to explore skin that hangs or folds around the stomach. Tell us whether the upper abdomen, lower belly or sides of the waist are your focus. If your weight loss included a GLP-1 medication such as Ozempic or Wegovy, share that history during your consultation so your plan reflects your circumstances.
Crepey or wrinkled-looking belly skin
Crepey describes skin with a thin, finely crinkled appearance. You may be focused on texture rather than the size of your stomach. Use the treatment-area images and original comparisons to explain whether texture, firmness or folds are the changes you want to discuss.
Skin changes after pregnancy or a C-section
If you have noticed loose belly skin after pregnancy or a fold near a healed C-section scar, describe exactly where the change appears. A conversation about the skin is separate from scar treatment or abdominal muscle concerns. Share your recovery history and ask your treating clinician when an aesthetic treatment can be considered.
Bra line & upper back
Bra bulge, back rolls or loose skin?
People use bra bulge and back rolls to describe different concerns. You may mean a fold beneath a bra band, fullness along the sides of the back, or skin that looks loose or crepey after weight loss. Pointing to the area is a useful first step; the words alone do not establish what is causing the appearance.
UltraSculpt’s focus here is non-invasive skin tightening and rejuvenation around the bra line and back. Tell your provider whether your priority is skin firmness, texture or a fold of skin. The abdominal comparisons on this page show the stomach, not bra-line or back outcomes; ask our team for available examples of your specific area.
Fitness & definition
Refine the definition you’ve worked for.
UltraSculpt isn’t only for loose or sagging abdominal skin. Whether you enjoy Pilates, strength training or another fitness routine, you may want to complement your progress with firmer-looking skin and a more defined appearance around your stomach and waist.
You may be happy with your fitness progress and still notice that the skin over your abdomen looks less firm than you would like. Tell us whether you want to focus on the front of the stomach, the sides of the waist or a specific area where you would like a more refined appearance.

The UltraSculpt difference
Ultrasound and microRNA skincare. One coordinated treatment.
UltraSculpt’s patented microRNA skincare—including Collagen Rejuvenating Serum and microRNA cream—is part of the treatment itself. Used alongside patented ultrasound technology, it helps lift, tighten and rejuvenate the skin.
Our patented microRNA are small particles for collagen boosting—a technology unique to UltraSculpt. Although the serum and cream are applied during treatment, you can also purchase them to take home and support longer-lasting results.

Your Questions
Abdomen & Back Skin Tightening: What to Know
Is UltraSculpt stomach treatment the same as truSculpt iD?
No. UltraSculpt and truSculpt iD are different treatment systems. This page describes UltraSculpt developed by Dr. Joanne Jiang through LeaderMed Group, combining low-frequency ultrasound with proprietary microRNA skincare. A similar treatment name does not establish that a provider offers this system. Read the treatment-system distinctions →
How soon can I repeat UltraSculpt on the same abdomen or back area?
Treatments on the same treatment area can be scheduled every 48 hours. Your provider will recommend the schedule for your selected abdomen or back area and your individual goals. Explore treatment planning →
How can I explore stomach skin tightening after 50?
Describe the skin changes you see and the areas you would like to refresh. Whether you are focused on loose belly skin, a crepey-looking texture or definition around your waist, your consultation should focus on your own starting point and goals.
Is non-surgical tummy tightening the same as a tummy tuck?
No. UltraSculpt is a non-invasive skin-tightening and rejuvenation treatment. It does not surgically remove excess skin or repair abdominal muscles. Ask about options for the particular concern you want to address.
Can I discuss loose skin after GLP-1 weight loss?
Yes. If you are exploring skin changes after weight loss with Ozempic, Wegovy or another GLP-1 medication, share your treatment and weight history with your provider. This page does not establish medication-specific UltraSculpt outcomes or give advice about changing medication.
Is bra bulge always loose skin?
No. Bra bulge is an everyday description, rather than an assessment of the tissue involved. Explain whether your concern is skin texture, loose skin, fullness or how clothing sits. Do not assume that a skin-tightening treatment addresses every cause of a back roll.
Where can I find stomach or back skin tightening near me?
Use Events & Locations to find a participating UltraSculpt location. Let the team know your city and whether you want to discuss the stomach, sides of the waist, bra line or upper back.
Can multiple areas be treated during one visit?
Yes. Let us know which areas you’re interested in when booking so we can allow enough time. Treatment takes 30 minutes per treatment area, and your appointment also includes preparation, photographs and a review. Your provider will confirm the plan for your visit.
Is UltraSculpt only for sagging abdominal skin?
No. People who are already active may also be interested in firmer-looking skin and a more defined abdominal appearance. Share the specific change you want to explore, whether your concern is skin texture, firmness or the appearance of the stomach and waist.
Is abdominal skin tightening a weight-loss treatment?
This offering focuses on skin tightening and rejuvenation. Continue your weight-management plan with the professional overseeing it, and discuss your aesthetic goals separately with your UltraSculpt provider.
Can it remove a large fold of excess skin?
Non-invasive treatment does not surgically remove excess skin. A large fold or substantial skin laxity may call for a medical assessment and other options.
How long does an abdomen appointment take?
Treatment time is 30 minutes per selected area. Ask how the upper or lower abdomen will be mapped. Your visit also includes a conversation about your goals, preparation and photos or measurements.
For general background on the range and limitations of skin-tightening procedures, visit the American Academy of Dermatology’s guide to firming sagging skin. This general guide is not evidence of UltraSculpt-specific outcomes.
Let’s talk about your goals.
Find an UltraSculpt location and ask about the areas you would like to lift, tighten and rejuvenate. Your provider can explain local availability and appointment planning.
